recruitment test at Equest

Hi, I have just returned from the recruitment test at Equest at 44 Hang Chao, Hanoi.

The test takes 150 minutes, consisting of 3 parts:

SECTION 1:

Multiple choice questions

Part 1: Questions about the techniques of teaching English
Part 2: Questions about accronyms related to English teaching (eg: TTT, PPP, CLT, TESOL, ESP...)

Open questions:

Part 3: Situations in teaching English and your reactions


SECTION 2: Writing essay: Write an essay with maximum 250 words in maximum 30 minutes about the topic: "Teachers are responsible for their students' performance".

SECTION 3: Interview

3 questions: (you listen and then answer to the microfone. The computer records your answers to the computer)

1) Brief your experience of teaching English?
2) What are the important qualities of an ideal English language teacher?
3) Your plans in your professional career?

All the test is conducted on computer.

I did the test very badly but I like the test.
